The team at Altum, together, have over 40 years of experience working in the senior housing investment and management industry. Bart Bolt

Bart Bolt, President

Barton (Bart) Bolt leads the Altum corporate management and field operation teams on a day-to-day basis.   His passion for working with seniors originated after working in senior living communities as a high school student. These experiences lead Bart to Calvin College to further his education and to become long-term care operator.  He has in-depth knowledge of the operations in senior housing industry.  Bart has served seniors for over 25 years in the roles of Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, Area Manager, Regional Director of Operations and Divisional VP of Operations. Bart has won several awards for his work in the industry.  In 2008, Bart was acknowledged by Argentum with the “Champion” award for his leadership during the CA wildfires. His passion for excellence in care and service is driven by over 25 years of working in the senior living industry.  He has a proven track record of building a culture of teamwork and inovation among his co-workers. As the President of Altum Senior Living his goal each day is to support and lead a team that strives for excellent residential care and service.

Tod Murray

Tod Murray, Vice President of Operations

Tod Murray – As Vice President of Operations Tod leads the Altum field operations team working directly with community leadership to achieve desired results and quality resident care.
Tod has worked in the Senior Care Industry since 1992 working as a Healthcare Administrator, Executive Director, Area Manager, Regional Director and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Altum, he spent eleven years with one of the nation’s largest Senior Living Operators where he managed multiple service levels ranging from Skilled Nursing, CCRC, Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Tod has a passion for excellence in serving the seniors entrusted to our care and believes that leadership by example is critical to the success of the organization. He is considered to be results-focused and strategic- minded with a proven track record of building and managing successful operational teams.

Jennifer Jones, Vice President of Accounting

Jennifer is a commercial real estate accountant with decades of experience in senior housing and capital markets. Most recently, Jennifer managed the accounting practices for a portfolio of 60 senior housing communities and was an integral part of daily operations including, systems management and human resources. Additionally, she served as lead transitions and systems coordinator for more than $150 million in senior housing acquisitions providing pre- and post-acquisition stabilization support. With her vast experience, Jennifer is establishing financial best practices and analytical tools across the Altum portfolio that provide operational insights used to promote performance success.

Rachelle Misko

Rachelle Misko, Regional Director of Sales

Rachelle Misko is the Regional Director of Sales. She was raised in central CA and attended University of Southern Illinois, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education and Adult Learning. Her passion for seniors started when she was just 5 years old as her mother was head of housekeeping for Pacific Gardens Skilled Nursing facility in Fresno, CA. As an adult she began her career as an activity’s assistant for a local Senior Care Community in Bellevue, WA. Over the years, her passion for Seniors has grown as she continued her work as a Director through various Colleges with programs such as Certificated Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistants and Bachelors of Nursing programs with a focus on internship development with local hospitals, clinics and skilled nursing facilities. Rachelle came into Senior Care full time in 2015 with a newly acquired building. Tasked with low census Rachelle turned the building with positive NOI within 4 months and 22% increase in census, with in 6 months the community was at capacity. Over the next 4 years Rachelle focus was on census challenged buildings contributing to over $2 million dollars in sales.  Rachelle joined Altum because she wants to be part of a team focused on quality of life for residents, but also in creating a positive environment for residents to thrive in. Her focus is working with and developing her team to approach Senior Sales with a dynamic positive attitude and have fun doing it.

Rachelle lives in Snohomish county, WA with her husband JC. Their son Jonathan attends University in Arizona for Physics/Astronomy. Interest includes, family time, camping, fishing and binge-watching Netflix.
